Welcome to Villa Coby a stunning new, fully refurbished property, just waiting to become your very own tropical haven in paradise. Located a short stroll from the lively heart of Jolly Harbour, close enough to be convenient, but not too close to disturb your serenity. Entering the property through the sliding electric gate, the first thing you will see is the incredible pool and sundeck, surrounded by Caribbean fauna and mountain views. The large salt water pool has a variety of lounge options on it’s borders, including, sun-loungers, a four poster day bed, a three seater swing and a couple of submerged pool loungers too. There is also an outdoor shower, outside bar, a gas BBQ, gazebo covered dining table and outside lounge area.
As you enter the property through the glass sliding doors your eyes will be immediately drawn to the contemporary feature wall in the open plan living room and kitchen. As well as the immediate wow factor, you will notice that this statement wall also perfectly captures the design theme of the entire villa, where simplicity and decadence combine to bring you barefoot elegance. There is a variety of furniture made from natural wood, fauna inspired motifs on the walls and tiles and gold fixtures and fittings throughout the property. There are ceiling fans and air conditioning throughout the property.
The living room features a traditional Caribbean style vaulted 12ft ceiling. There is a 65 inch flat screen smart TV, blue tooth speakers and two three seater sofas. There is a natural wood glass side board, coffee table and six seater dining table, with additional seating for two at the breakfast bar in the kitchen.
The kitchen is light and bright with a beautiful stone counter top and marble back splash. It has state of the art stainless steel appliances, a gas hob and oven which includes an air fryer cook option, built in microwave, double fridge, ninja coffee machine, cappuccino maker, toaster and kettle, plus a double sink, dishwasher and counter top air fryer.
The four large bedrooms and three stylish bathrooms each have their very own style, while still staying on theme. Bedroom one has a black leather style queen bed with modern bedside tables, lamps a built in wardrobe and a full length mirror. Bedroom two has a white leather style queen bed, bedside tables with modern lighting, built in double wardrobe, chest of drawers, plus a desk, chair and full length mirror. Bedroom number three is very spacious, with two twin beds, a double built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and feature chair.
The primary suite features it’s very own bold statement wall. It also has double built in wardrobes with ventilation, a chest of drawers and a mirror. The marble style en-suite bathroom with gold accents has the same matt black fixtures and fittings and large rainfall shower as the others. And a design choice we particularly love, is that as well as the king size bed, but there is also a seating area from which you can watch your flat screen 55 inch tv. The owners have spared no expense getting this luxury holiday rental ready for its discerning guests and Villa Coby is now ready for you to enjoy. We think you will love it as much as we do.

This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests sneaking in pets, or guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and will result in full forfeiture of the security deposit and may, at the owner’s discretion, result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rents.

We had an unforgettable stay at this luxury villa in Jolly Harbour! From the very start, the experience was seamless – the property management team ensured a smooth check-in process and was always available for any questions. The private chef services were a highlight, making our family stay even more special (my kids were able to get what they wanted ). The villa’s amenities exceeded our expectations and were even better in person – every detail and personal touches were thoughtfully designed for comfort, ease and relaxation. The location is fantastic, just minutes from grocery stores, pristine beaches, and local attractions. As the weekend approached, we were charmed by the warm sounds of laughter and music filling the air, creating an authentic and vibrant atmosphere that truly reflects the rich culture of Antigua and Barbuda. We can’t wait to come back! |
