Upon entry, you’re greeted by a fully equipped, open-plan kitchen updated in modern grey and white with a stylish backsplash in shades of grey that fabulously completes this look. There is lots of cupboard and counter space, along with modern appliances including a large refrigerator, Whirlpool microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, and electric oven with hob. A half bath and a washer/dryer are also available on this floor.
The open concept continues into the main living area where there is a chic glass metal dining table accompanied by four white leather metal chairs. The coffee table also matches the glass metal theme and is surrounded by a black leather metal chair set. Air conditioning, a ceiling fan, table lamp, a flat-screen, wall-mounted TV, and beautiful wall art are all positioned nicely to complete this simple layout. Glass sliding doors lead to your own private, covered terrace with the most amazing waterfront view where you could sit and enjoy watching the boats go by.
