There are also two coffee tables, an arched floor lamp, a large table lamp, and a flat-screen TV mounted just above a floating shelf. Air conditioning along with a ceiling fan provides coolness for added comfort.
Wi-Fi is accessible throughout; open-air parking is available just along the street outside the property.
A fully equipped, open-plan, L-shaped kitchen is updated in modern grey and white with a fabulous grey, white and black backsplash that stylishly completes this fresh, clean look. There is lots of counter space and appliances including a large refrigerator, Whirlpool microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, and electric oven with hob. A half bath and a washer/dryer are also available.
The two bedrooms are located upstairs and accommodate up to four guests. They are each simple, yet beautifully furnished with a queen-sized bed, a TV, closet space, bedside tables and lamps, air conditioning, and a ceiling fan. The main bedroom has a balcony with a garden view at the front of the property.
