There are lots of cabinets and counter space, along with modern appliances including a large refrigerator, Whirlpool microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, electric oven with hob, and breakfast bar. A half bath and stackable washer/dryer are also available on this floor.
The open concept continues into the main living area where there is a chic glass dining table accompanied by four black suede chairs. A navy-blue suede, L-shaped sofa is perfectly paired with a patterned area rug, glass coffee table, glass side table, and lamp, as well as a fabulous standing lamp and simple wall art that harmoniously completes the look. There is also a flat-screen, wall-mounted TV for your entertainment. Air conditioning and a ceiling fan provide extra coolness and comfort. Tall glass windows with glass sliding doors usher in natural light and lead to your own private, covered terrace with the most amazing waterfront view where you could sit and enjoy watching the boats go by. There is also an outdoor dining table and chairs for four, along with a BBQ grill.
Wi-Fi is accessible throughout; parking is available in the driveway.
