This is a charming two-story, two-bedroom waterfront property located on the north finger in the gated community of Jolly Harbour.
The villa has been fully refurbished throughout. The ground floor is open plan with a newly fitted kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining area, and a lounge. From the lounge area, there is access through the large glass sliding doors to the partially shaded waterfront terrace, perfect for al fresco dining or lounging in the Caribbean sun and admiring the views of the marina and its stunning sunsets.
There is also a laundry room, store, and washroom on the ground floor.
On the upper floor, there are two good-sized bedrooms each with en-suite and fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed and doors opening to a private balcony with views of the waterway and boating activities on the marina as well as the stunning sunsets. The second bedroom is comfortably furnished with twin beds.
The property has air conditioning and ceiling fans.
Jolly Harbour is a thriving resort village with a wide range of facilities within the gated community situated on Antigua’s famed west coast. Along with a variety of bars and restaurants, you will find an international supermarket, pharmacy, bank, souvenir shops, gym, sports center, swimming pool, tennis and squash courts, and The Jolly Harbour Golf Club which has an 18-hole course.
It is also home to some of the island’s most prized beaches, including Jolly Beach, one of the longest and widest beaches on the island, and a truly idyllic white sand beach lapped by the clear aquamarine of the Caribbean Sea.
The North Beach location is particularly good for children as it is away from the main hubbub of the Jolly Harbour community, but close enough to reach, with rarely anyone on the beautiful beaches. It is also a great base location to visit the rest of the 365 beaches on the island by car, bus, or boat.
