As you enter the property, you enter the kitchen area with a white marble counter and all modern appliances, including a dishwasher, an electric oven, a microwave, and the always-celebrated Nespresso machine. The kitchen area has the downstairs bathroom off to the right as you enter and the laundry room, which has a washer and dryer.
The living room has a stylish L-shaped sofa that is extremely comfy and a large flat-screen TV. The living room has wall-to-wall glass doors, and as you walk outside, you are greeted by the beautiful table with seating for six and four wonderfully comfortable sun beds that you will not want to get up from.
Upstairs there are two large bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king bed and private balcony with an oversized comfy sun lounger and seating set for two. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a large private terrace with two oversized loungers. Each room has an ensuite bathroom with a significant rainfall shower head. All rooms have AC and fans.
This villa is exceptional and is located just a five-minute walk from Jolly Harbours mile and a half long white sand beach Jolly Beach. It is also within walking distance of all the fabulous bars, restaurants and supermarkets in Jolly Harbour.
