This spectacular three-bedroom beachfront villa is located in the family friendly, gated community of Jolly Harbour. The spacious and modern luxury property has an incredibly stylish private pool and sun lounge area surrounded by tropical greenery, creating privacy and tranquility, while still allowing for breathtaking waterfront views of the beach, only a few steps away.

The expansive open-concept, living space has been carefully decorated with a predominantly grey and white colour palette. The beach house is fully equipped with modern appliances in the kitchen, and extremely chic but still incredibly comfortable furniture in the interior and exterior living and dining areas. There are mosquito nets throughout, plus ceiling fans and air conditioning to ensure your comfort no matter the weather. There are three bedrooms with private en-suite bathrooms, the master bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed and the other two have queen beds. Each bedroom is equipped with a workspace and lamp, accent chair, bedside tables and lamps, spacious wardrobe and storage space. All the ensuite bathrooms are equipped with modern and stylish fixtures and fittings. The master bedroom features a large sofa, a double sink and a bathtub and large glass sliding doors lead to a private outdoor patio furnished with two sun loungers, two chairs and two centre tables.
