Description
This is a six-bedroom house located within the Reeds Point development in Jolly Harbour, Antigua. It is a profitable place to enjoy a family holiday. The property is on the hillside so it has spectacular views over to Pearns Point and five islands. The property has stairs taking you down to the edge of the water where you can swim in the calm turquoise waters. The house is just a few minutes walk down the hill to the South Beach of Jolly Harbour which is over one and a half miles long. There are sun loungers and a local bar/restaurant at the end of the beach to enjoy local cuisine and cocktails.
The Villa has a spacious living area that leads out onto the upper terrace with a large dining area and fabulous views. It has a fully equipped kitchen and another large dining area around the kitchen island. The villa has warm tones and stone colors throughout coordinating with the floor tiles selected with this in mind giving it a wonderful sense of warmth and comfort.
There are six luxury bedroom suites on the property. The most outstanding views can be seen from the master bedroom but all bedrooms have a very similar view and all have patio doors opening onto verandahs other than one room. All bathrooms have ambient, warm light, around the mirrors to light up the face and then directional spotlights on the feature tiles at the back of the shower walls. If you go into the room at night the vanity units have under-lighting and light up to show you the way in the dark.
Terraced gardens surround this beautiful property and there is a Yoga deck or sunset terrace (the choice is yours), an infinity pool with a dedicated pool deck, an outside bar with a TV and music system built in, and all of it facing West, perfect for spectacular ocean views and breathtaking sunsets.
