The Space:
Upon entry, you’re welcomed by simple, bright open kitchen with good cabinet space and modern appliances such as a large Whirlpool refrigerator, microwave and electric oven with hob. The kitchen flows into the main living area where there is a round glass dining table and chair set that seats four, a large blue and grey area rug under a comfy grey sofa and a deep blue accent chair with an orange accent cushion that stylishly compliments the wall art. The glass metal coffee table also matches the side table and lamp. Additionally, there is a standing lamp, a wall-mounted flat screen TV and a workspace area where a desk, table lamp and chair are provided. The tall glass walls and sliding doors allow more than enough natural light into the space, leading to your private balcony where you can take in the serene view of the peaceful water.
The bedroom is simply laid out with a grey queen-sized bed framed by two matching bedside tables and lamps. There is adequate closet space, a green accent chair positioned nicely in the corner, a chest of drawers and flat screen TV. The tall glass window and glass sliding door also usher in natural light and escorts you out to your private balcony with a tranquil view of the neighborhood.
