Upon entry, you’re greeted by a fully equipped, open-plan kitchen updated in modern grey and white with a stylish backsplash in shades of grey that fabulously completes this look. There is lots of cupboard and counter space, along with modern appliances including a large refrigerator, Whirlpool microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, electric oven with hob. A half bath and washer/dryer are also available on this floor.
The open concept continues into the main living area where there is a chic glass metal dining table accompanied by four white leather metal chairs. The coffee table also matches the glass metal theme and is surrounded by a black leather metal chair set. Air conditioning, a ceiling fan, table lamp, a flat screen, wall-mounted TV and beautiful wall art are all positioned nicely to complete this simple layout.
