A beautifully renovated, large, fully equipped, open-plan kitchen is the first thing you see as you enter this villa. It is fitted with a large, double Wolf Hall fridge with an icemaker, a large electric hob and oven, a Whirlpool microwave and dual voltage outlets. Marble countertops compliment the grey and white cabinets nicely, along with a breakfast bar and two chairs. Appliances such as a dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toaster are also provided. A storage cupboard is also there for any additional organizational needs. The guest bathroom is situated on this floor as well as the laundry room that is well equipped with a Whirlpool washer and dryer. As you continue towards the living room, a beautiful bright, burnt, orange sofa is perfectly positioned, along with art to match the inside dining table with four chairs. A hunter fan and air-conditioning help provide additional comfort. There is also a lovely workspace with an amazing ocean view, the perfect setup for work efficiency.
