The Space:
A key code gains you access to this villa. Upon entry, you will be nicely greeted by a fully equipped, open-plan kitchen designed with beautiful bronze and brown accents and fabulous stone countertops. It is complete with a double sink, double fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, large oven and electric hob, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. There are also dual voltage outlets and a breakfast bar with two seats. This floor is also equipped with a guest half bathroom and laundry room, which has a large Samsung washer and dryer. Dishwasher tabs and beanbags are complimentary on arrival, then you may contact Bryon. As you make your way to the living room, a large dining table with four chairs is stationed nicely for dining. You will also find a 65-inch built-in flat screen TV, very modern beige sofa with orange accent pillows, match perfectly with fan and art displayed. A workspace with an amazing ocean view is a definite bonus. Wi-Fi and cable TV is also accessible. A large air-conditioning unit and fan provide extra comfort. Wall-to-wall glass sliding doors usher you onto your private back patio area with and a fabulous view of the ocean. The patio is furnished with a table with seating for four, awning for unfavorable weather, an electric barbecue as well as lights for evening and relaxation.

All windows and doors throughout this property have fly screens, with the main front door equipped with louvered windows. Parking is available for a car and a buggy cart.

There are two bedrooms on the second floor, both with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning and fans. The Master bedroom has a very large super king-sized bed, bedside tables with beautiful lamps, a 55-inch TV and a chest of drawers. The second bedroom is beautifully furnished with a queen-sized bed, bedside table with a good-sized lamp, large wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with a 14-inch showerhead and a handheld shower. It is very sleek and tastefully designed with white and grey décor, along with a 43-inch TV. Sliding doors take you to a large patio with seating area for two. The view is of the communal gardens at Jolly Harbour and a lovely three space.
