The Space:
Its open-plan layout comfortably accommodates up to four guests. It provides a fully equipped, modern kitchen with appliances, dual voltage outlets, an L-shaped sofa, a 65-inch flat screen TV and office workspace that’s perfect for working with a view. The large sliding doors lead to the breathtaking waterfront view, accommodating outdoor dining and seating for four, including two outside lounges and an electric barbecue. Awning provides protection during those sunny afternoons, allowing you to take full advantage of outdoor eating and relaxation no matter the weather. There is also a downstairs bathroom and laundry room equipped with a Whirlpool washer and dryer, complete with a sink and storage. For added comfort, air conditioning is available in the living room and both bedrooms. Also provided is Wi-Fi, Cable TV, a safe in both bedrooms, all linens including bath and beach towels, hair dyer, an iron and ironing board. Parking can accommodate a car and a golf buggy just outside the villa.
The two large bedrooms include an en-suite bathroom, each equipped with a 12-inch square rainfall showerhead. They can be found on the second level, each with its own private balcony accompanied by lovely table and chairs, allowing you to bask in the picturesque views of the ocean. They also contain beautifully light, very modern, comfy grey furnishings, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe with a built-in safe. As an alternative to air conditioning, you may opt to cool down nicely with the beautiful fans or open the louvered glass windows to invite cool, Caribbean breezes in. All windows and doors have grey blinds for peaceful rest and added privacy. The Master bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed, bedside lamps and a 55-inch flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and 43-inch flat screen TV.
