    Description

    Situated on the South Finger of Jolly Harbour, only a five-minute walk to the beach, Sandy Feet Retreat is a newly- renovated holiday rental, perfect for your vacation needs in Antigua.

    The Space:
    Upon entering the property, a large, fully equipped kitchen with stylish shades of grey greets you. It Is complimented with marble countertops, complete with a double sink, spacious double fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, large oven and electric hob, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. There are also dual outlets and a breakfast bar with two seats. The hallway leads you to the guest bathroom and laundry room, which is equipped with a large Samsung washer and dryer. As you make your way to the living room, a large dining table with four chairs is stationed nicely for dining. You will also find a 65-inch built-in flat screen TV, stylish L-shaped sofa with a rug and coffee table and a workspace with an amazing ocean view. Wi-Fi and cable TV is also accessible. A large air-conditioning unit and fan provide extra comfort. Wall-to-wall glass sliding doors usher you onto your private back patio area with and a fabulous view of the ocean and harbour outside. A table with seating for four, and electric barbecue cater to outside eating and relaxation. Outside, off-street parking is available for a car and a buggy cart.

    The master bedroom is beautifully furnished with grey furniture, white bedding, blue accent pillows, a lovely large grey rug and chair, along with a 55-inch TV. Wall-to-wall patio doors provide a charming view of the ocean and harbour, where you can see many boats passing by on Saturdays. Leading out from the sliding doors is a private balcony with a seating for two. There is a safe, a walk-in wardrobe with shelving and three areas for hanging clothes, allowing you to get organized and settled in. There is also an iron and ironing board and an outside clothes rack if you opt to not use the dryer. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with waterfall rain shower and handheld shower, a large white sink with drawers and a lighted mirror. It is tiled throughout with unique pebble light tiles at the base of the shower shades of black, blue and white.

    The second bedroom is very spacious, brightly furnished with white furnishings, grey bedspread accented with black cushions, and a 43-inch TV. Air conditioning and a fan, a wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with a rain shower and handled shower provide a comfortable, relaxing space. The bathroom is completely tiled with beige and marble-like pebbled floors, also furnished with a lighted mirror and sink with two drawers. Wall-to-wall sliding doors usher you out to your private patio with a stunning view.
