Situated at South Finger Jolly Harbour, Sunny Daze is a spectacular waterfront holiday villa rental, and a five-minute walk to the beach. Recently renovated, it offers everything you could need for that relaxing family vacation in Antigua.

The Space:
Once you enter this property, the amazing waterfront view captivates you. It offers a fully equipped, open-plan dream kitchen designed with marble countertops, cabinets in deep blue at the bottom complimented with shiny, grey at the top. It is complete with a double sink, double American-sized fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, large oven and electric hob, Frigidaire microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and dual voltage outlets. This floor is also equipped with a guest half bathroom that’s beautifully finished with textured grey and white tiles, as well as a laundry room, which has a large Samsung washer and dryer.

The living room has an indoor dining table with four chairs positioned nicely. This space is very beautiful and simply furnished with an L-shaped sofa, a 65-inch TV, beautiful elephant artwork and work desk with an amazing waterfront view. Wi-Fi and cable TV is also accessible. Air conditioning and a fan provide extra comfort. Wall-to-wall glass sliding doors usher you onto your private back patio area with and a fabulous waterfront view. The patio is furnished with a table with seating for four, an electric barbecue outdoor dining and relaxation.

All windows and doors throughout this property have fly screens. You may also open up the windows to welcome in the refreshing ocean breeze. Parking is available for a car and a buggy cart.

Two bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms are situated upstairs. The Master bedroom has a large, super king-sized bed with grey furnishings and linens, complimented by blue accents, as well as a 55-inch TV. The glass sliding doors are full length of the property so as get to view the ocean as you lay in bed. The sliding doors lead to a private balcony, which has seating for two. There is a walk-in wardrobe with plenty of hangers and shelving, a safe, an iron and ironing board. Its en-suite bathroom has a 12-inch square showerhead and handheld shower, finished in white and grey tiles with the base of the shower beautifully designed with black, white and blue cobblestones. There is also a large, lighted mirror, sink with drawers and a hairdryer.

The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed with white furnishings from bedside tables, lamps, chest of drawers, a 42-inch TV and wardrobe. Sliding doors that usher you onto the patio with seating for two and a peaceful view. Its en-suite bathroom is finished with grey tiles and pebble-like tiles at the base. A lighted mirror and large sink, the white and shades of brown, along with a 12-inch full showerhead and separate handheld shower complete this inviting look.
