Nestled in the scenic South Finger of Jolly Harbour, this charming and elegant two-bedroom waterfront villa spread over two floors, is located in a family friendly neighbourhood just a two-minute walk away from the spectacular white sands and crystal-clear waters of Jolly Beach.
Entering the property, you will step straight into the modern and spacious u-shaped kitchen with bright white cabinets, green tiles and modern appliances, including a coffee machine. It has a lovely breakfast bar before you reach the open plan living room which has a large TV, comfortable corner sofa, air conditioning and large patio doors.
The real magic awaits outside on the expansive patio, where you'll be treated to breathtaking views of the harbour while you relax in the undercover dining or lounging area and take advantage of the BBQ ready and waiting for you there. If you prefer to soak up the sun, there is a deck area beyond the covered patio complete with sun loungers. Beyond that there is a 15ft dock, so if you are arriving by boat, this could be the perfect holiday rental for you.
Upstairs, there are two large bedrooms. The first has a queen size bed, walk-in wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom complete with rainfall shower. The second is a little more versatile as it can be a king-size bed or twin singles, whichever you prefer, again there is an ensuite bathroom with a rainfall shower.
There is air conditioning, internet access, and a washing machine on site, so you'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay.
