This is a delightful two-bedroom luxury villa with unobstructed waterfront views of Jolly Harbour and a large extended deck. It is a modern styled villa with a bright, spacious open plan ground floor. On the upper floor of this villa, there are two bedrooms each with its own en-suite. The master bedroom has a private balcony overlooking the marina. The second bedroom enjoys lovely views of the garden.
The fully equipped newly installed kitchen leads through to the dining area, then the living area at which point you continue through sliding glass doors to find the covered verandah where you can enjoy wonderful al fresco meals while taking advantage of the stunning views across the harbour. This outside area is then extended further, out over the water with a large sundeck.
Due to the fabulous location of this villa, right on the wide main channel of the harbour, you can take in fabulous views of the luxury motorboats and sailing yachts which can be seen throughout the day as they make their way to and from the harbour moorings.
The Villa has AC and fans in all rooms.
